1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "dreamji", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the dreamji online gaming platform operated at dreamji.vip and all associated services, applications, and tools made available to registered users.
• "User", "you", or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the dreamji Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a User on dreamji, which holds the User's wallet balance, game history, bonus entitlements, and personal information.
• "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held within a User's dreamji Account for the purpose of funding gameplay and receiving withdrawal payouts.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by dreamji for compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin entitlement, cashback offer, or other incentive credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing online gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use dreamji, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of dreamji or any affiliated entity;
• Not be a person excluded from gaming activities pursuant to PAGCOR's exclusion registry or any self-exclusion program administered by dreamji;
• Not have had a previous dreamji Account terminated for cause.

dreamji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one (1) active dreamji Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent account suspension.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify dreamji of any material changes.

KYC Verification: Full identity verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal from your dreamji Wallet. KYC documentation typically required includes a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or Voter's ID) and, where required, proof of address. dreamji may at its sole discretion request additional documentation consistent with its anti-money laundering obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. dreamji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

dreamji accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. dreamji does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified users are typically processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

dreamji reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by its fraud detection systems. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending the satisfactory completion of such verification. dreamji shall not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by verification procedures undertaken in good faith.

Deposits that have not been wagered may be subject to withdrawal processing review. Bonus balances are subject to specific wagering requirements set out in the applicable promotion terms and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dreamji may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim window and expire if not claimed within that period;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified period from the date of bonus credit;
• dreamji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts;
• dreamji reserves the right to recover or void bonuses where it determines, acting reasonably, that bonus terms have been abused or that the User has engaged in patterns of play designed to circumvent bonus conditions.

dreamji's marketing communications regarding bonuses and promotions are made in good faith and are subject to the full terms applicable at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dreamji Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using fraudulent payment methods or initiating unauthorized chargebacks;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or KYC information;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering legislation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Accessing or using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.

dreamji reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the dreamji Platform — including live dealer games, slot games, table games, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by their individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. These rules form part of these Terms and apply to all gameplay.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) powered games on dreamji use certified software from licensed third-party providers. RNG integrity is independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are truly random and not influenced by the Platform or any operator action.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during gameplay, dreamji will apply its standard game interruption policy, which aims to restore the player to the position they held immediately prior to the interruption where technically feasible. dreamji shall not be liable for losses attributable to technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

dreamji publishes theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for games where such data is available. Actual session results may differ materially from theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of casino games.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dreamji Platform — including but not limited to the dreamji brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of dreamji or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right, title, or interest in any Platform content is granted to you.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any dreamji content without the prior written consent of dreamji.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dreamji's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your dreamji Wallet in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dreamji shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities;
• Losses attributable to a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or telecommunications infrastructure failures;
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dreamji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

dreamji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at dreamji.vip/privacy-policy.

By registering for a dreamji Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the dreamji services.

11. Responsible Gaming

dreamji provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders and automatic logouts based on session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Request voluntary self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding;
• Reality Checks: Periodic session notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming position.

12. Termination & Suspension

dreamji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Actual or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Extended account inactivity.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, dreamji will withhold pending withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. Where an Account is terminated for cause, dreamji reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to apply any amounts owed to dreamji against the Account balance prior to releasing the remaining balance.

A User may close their own Account at any time by contacting dreamji support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining Wallet balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the User's registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and dreamji, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting dreamji support at [email protected]. dreamji will endeavor to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or such alternative dispute resolution mechanism as may be prescribed by PAGCOR regulations applicable at the time of the dispute.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dreamji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dreamji will provide reasonable notice to registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number associated with the Account.

Your continued use of the dreamji Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

The date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms became effective. Prior versions of the Terms are available upon request by contacting dreamji support.
