3. How dreamji Uses Your Personal Data

dreamji processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Account Administration: Creating, verifying, managing, and closing your dreamji Account;
• Identity Verification (KYC): Complying with PAGCOR-mandated Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering requirements under Republic Act No. 9160 (AMLA) as amended;
• Transaction Processing: Processing deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and refunds via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank;
• Platform Provision: Delivering all dreamji gaming services, including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and fishing games;

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

dreamji does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. dreamji may share personal data with the following categories of recipients where necessary:

• Payment Processors: GCash (GXI), PayMaya (Maya Philippines), and banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — solely for the purpose of processing transactions;
• Game Content Providers: Licensed third-party game studios and live dealer technology providers — receiving only the minimum data required to deliver game services (typically session tokens and anonymized player identifiers);
• KYC & Identity Verification Services: Accredited third-party identity verification providers engaged to fulfill PAGCOR-mandated KYC requirements;

dreamji uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the dreamji.vip platform for the following purposes:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Session management cookies required for login authentication, platform security, and basic platform functionality. These cannot be disabled without affecting the ability to use the Platform.

• Gaming History: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each session, for regulatory reporting and dispute resolution purposes;
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the final communication in each support case;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of the consent plus three (3) years to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with dreamji's data destruction procedures.

dreamji implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between the User's device and the dreamji Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data fields at rest within dreamji's database infrastructure;

• Multi-factor authentication for administrative access to systems containing personal data;
• Regular third-party security audits and penetration testing;

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

dreamji primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to third-party service providers or game content providers located outside the Philippines (for example, international game studios or cloud infrastructure providers operating data centers outside the Philippine archipelago), dreamji ensures that such transfers are made only to countries or organizations that provide an adequate level of data protection, or where appropriate safeguards are in place pursuant to NPC-recognized transfer mechanisms.

All cross-border data transfers by dreamji are conducted in accordance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

dreamji reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, NPC guidance, or dreamji's data processing practices. Where changes are material, dreamji will provide reasonable prior notice to registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number associated with the Account.

The date at the top of this document reflects the effective date of the current version of this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the dreamji platform following the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
